* Untallanted managers with weak managerial skills. * Managers blames subordinates for their mistakes. * No investment plans in employees and KPIs are done with no goals, even training plans requested for employees from leads weren't conducted. * Unprofessional HR team that do not do their duties as expected. * No team building activities, or gatherings, or other facilities that get employees out of work stress.
