Management from BDm to RSM very bad. No work life balance. Expenses coming after 25 days. No product advertisement.. Here on role job isn't on role as anytime can terminate. Very bad manager and never and no support to Lower management from higher one.. No work on feedback given. No work life balance

Organisation should boost morals of employees by giving them a well increment and bonus,so that they can work with more energy and ethusiasm.

All factors are showing strongly dislike only. Complete 💯 mental disable managers are working in the organisation. Not possible to do the work in this organisation for anyone.
