...! The organization has good potential but managerial attitude is the constraint. They say they are a NGO and pay peanuts and expect you to do anything and everything!! It's more of a Lala company. If you have anything else to do with your job then you would join. Otherwise it's frustrating. I was pursuing higher studies and always focused on performance hence I was able to keep cool. Otherwise it's disaster to land into such organization.
