Good work life balance. Work pressure is moderate Not much politics Staff is supportive. It's MSME firm so don't expect too much. Limited strength of people in the company. It's a subsidary company and working with Indian Railways only. No too much work to do.

Dislikes

Future exposure is less. Not good pay masters, even salaries are not on time sometime. No Career growth Product line is limited and do not have any managerial power for sales.

Likes

Work Satisfaction is very good as their is no office politics and smooth work. Work life balance is also good as the office timings are 09:00 am to 05:30pm. Overall company culture is good not too much work pressure, only you have to done your work timely and precisely.

Dislikes

Only concern is Salary and appraisal, as both are average/lower side and appraisals are not as per standard industry norms. Although office timings are good but 06 days week is quite disappointing. Sometime feels down and monotonous as the products are limited and mgmt. not introducing new line ups as per current industry. that's why fear for future and not able to stretch your arms for new business.
