Academicians are treated as admin people and from last two years i only do admin work which was not not designation, admin people will never let you grow or move further in your area of expertise.

Environment and work cuktuure is really good. Faculty members and administrative staff members are really cooperative. Authority has trusted my experience and allow me to develop the Best Automated Library and I am really satisfied about my work. My team members at library are really very efficient and cooperative.
