Salary Cut during pandemic. Precautions for health/injuries onsite. Food for staff can be healthier and one can gain adequate support from other departments, colleagues or higher authorities in maintaining and doing the job.

Best thing is the client based that ananda has mostly foreigners. And also no NR guest are allowed. Inside the property so it’s good

Very bad work life balance and culture . You can’t have time for you’re self always break shift no matter the guest count . Everybody is jealous about one and another . Very less internal promotions they will hire from outside or other hotels with less experience and expertise

Exposure to hotel industry and Spa, high end clients

Dislikes

The company salaries are less and lot of internal politics. The company only keeps you so long as you are useful. The management doesn't address staff issues and takes their own sweet time to respond. There is visible hierarchy and new comers do feel every bit out of place.
