Pre opening HR team useless. And salary hire and promotion useless. Worked like more then 24 but not usefull. Never been apprised. Only spa department given all luxury that time till now.

... Housekeeping Team was the one how has work hard day and night in pre opening. Even few departments are chilling like Spa and front office with good salary and better shift timing. That atmantan tag line with the sell is health and wellness that why the give better salary to spa fresher also.

People are very polite and welcoming. Most important professionalism is amazing here.

Dislikes

Personally telling lack of work life balace because of working on week off's. Sometimes there's a bias behavior from management between foreigners and local.

It's a good place to work as u can get time for you also..staffs are very helpful as well as HODs too.

Dislikes

Lack of staff except wellness..we know that it's a wellness Resort but other departments are also important only hiring wellness staff is not good..we can't use our leaves properly.. please look after other departments too..

Owner very Good. Always they think about the employee. The concept of business is very good.

Salary Appraisal is not constant for every employee, there is no fixed rules and regulation, politics also there, work life balance is average
