The work load has increased significantly compared to past and reduction from the previous pay is somewhat bugging. The decision making is too slow in the organization. To give an example if an issue arises and by the time solutions comes in Zara would have completed 3 fashion cycles in the market.

Top management is highly experienced and shows genuine kindness towards employees. Salary and benefits are competitive and fair.

Dislikes

The marketing manager lacks knowledge in digital marketing which leads to extensive micro management. No idea how to manage the team and lack of professionalism. The manager diregards team members opinions amd inputs. If you are considering a position in the marketing team or digital marketing team it's advisable to connect with former employees to know the actual work environment.

Not much work pressure . Work flexibility but it all depends on the manager

salary for account managers are very less even for the same work management trainee are paid 2.5x more. Huge disparity in the salary

Cultureless company here relationship manager feels as they are owner of company and team head is pathetic
