The marketing manager lacks knowledge in digital marketing which leads to extensive micro management. No idea how to manage the team and lack of professionalism. The manager diregards team members opinions amd inputs. Family culture,warm welcome to new joinee , company policies, bonus are very exciting and salary are always paid on time .

The work load has increased significantly compared to past and reduction from the previous pay is somewhat bugging. The decision making is too slow in the organization. To give an example if an issue arises and by the time solutions comes in Zara would have completed 3 fashion cycles in the market.
