They don't give arrears salary for delayed appraisal.
Parity is observed interms of roles and designations.

Compensation and benefits are very poor as compared to industry. You have to do request your boss for appraisal, it is that kind of company.
The company is not professional in its approach. Hence it is not a good organization for professionals. Process of the organization are not so good. Lots of improvement required.
Technologies used by the company is oldest in the industry which leads to unsatisfied work.
Company has completed 25 years in the industry but still there is lots of improvement company has to do. But management is not open to change.
Poor Technologies, unprofessional and old aged employees, lots of paper work, no career growth (as employees working since last 12 years is doing same work as a fresher is doing), respect employees when they wants to resigned.

The company don't have any management it is a flat structure. Whatever you have learned in MBA you will forget and start working like bulls. Very sorry to starting from HR and people like Soumendro, Dwaipayan are very shoot politician. One of the managers are black listed by Dwaipayan for not doing business. Don't join they will make your life hell....
