You can leave on time.... they don't make you wait late. So you have a decent work life balance. But the timings are not flexible.

Dislikes

Top management sucks Appraisal cycle is delayed They don't give arrears salary for delayed appraisal. Parity is observed interms of roles and designations.

Extremely strict timings, no work from home, long working hours. Toxic culture. No perks/benefits other than monthly mobile allowance. Alternate Saturdays are working. Sometimes they will call u on non working Saturdays also.
