I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Top management sucks Appraisal cycle is delayed They don't give arrears salary for delayed appraisal. Parity is observed interms of roles and designations.
