Company doesn't do anything for skill development of the employees. You only have to learn and improve yourself. Work life balance is good in the organization. All employees leave the organization at 6 pm sharp. Compensation and benefits are very poor as compared to industry. You have to do request your boss for appraisal, it is that kind of company. The company is not professional in its approach. Hence it is not a good organization for professionals. Process of the organization are not so good. Lots of improvement required.
