I worked at Jaipur. This organization is not for professionals and experienced people. If you want to kick star your career and don't have professional degree then you can join the organization as you have nothing to lose. Company doesn't do anything for skill development of the employees. You only have to learn and improve yourself. Work life balance is good in the organization. All employees leave the organization at 6 pm sharp. Compensation and benefits are very poor as compared to industry. You have to do request your boss for appraisal, it is that kind of company. The company is not professional in its approach. Hence it is not a good organization for professionals. Process of the organization are not so good. Lots of improvement required. Technologies used by the company is oldest in the industry which leads to unsatisfied work. Company has completed 25 years in the industry but still there is lots of improvement company has to do. Poor Technologies, unprofessional and old aged employees, lots of paper work, no career growth (as employees working since last 12 years is doing same work as a fresher is doing), respect employees when they wants to resigned. I found it very difficult to exit the organization. Pls take exit interview professionally as ex employees are the goodwill of the company.

The organization is itself a milestone in stocks broking industry and I feel lucky to learn more about capital markets within the organization.

Dislikes

One thing that I don't like is there is no standard career growth path for the employees as this is letting the employee in a confusion whether he/she is moving in a right direction or not.
