Nothing is like about this company ( Lala Ki Dukaan). Total Fraud Company. Owner Prem Chawla Blocked your Number when salary time comes. They are Financially very poor and total bankrupt company. No system, No protocol,No professional Attitude. All the rules and regulations comes in to the picture when the salary time comes. Salary given after 50 days of working hence your 20 days salary has been locked. Please do not work with this company Neighter you will lose your money Nor you will spoil your career.

Nothing. Fraud and bankrupt company. Few idiots are working for last 10 -15 years on very low salaries and making money by some other way.

Dislikes

Company won't pay salary or expenses. Round the year company has vacancy on every post. After using for one or two months either employee is fired or forced to leave.

Lots of people spoiled their career in this organisation. Not HR policies. Anytime they stop salary or retrench from the job if you will not meeting their target even in a month. Also using bad languages. Very bad experience.
