...agement is transparent. There is no cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good but no appraisals and they are not gave good salary hike and no any bonus for every year.

Dislikes

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
