Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

when it comes to the salary they are the worst to pay you when you are leaving. the management only cares about their penny of saving. they will not care how much those pennies worth you

I feel very happy to work with the anand ice. I am very excited that I am working with the anand ice. I am sharing my first day in office. it was awesome everyone is supportive here, and love the working culture and the environment of anand ice.

Principal and Vice Principal of this college are very incapable person. Both are doing politics. Few faculty members are in favour of Principal and few are in favour of Vice Principal. No value of work. If you are doing excellent work and you are giving your best there will be no value.
