pros about this company is excellent values, good hikes depending upon the project, mostly uses latest technologies, good infrastructure benefit for employees with good compensation for freshers it will good learning experience & not compensation

...depends on the circumstances but still assured that you are still in safe hands. But one thing that everyone has a problem with Amzur is that they don't pay you well and chances of hikes are rare but overall if we see, it is a good place to work.

Not much I found.

Dislikes

just stay here for 2months. No proper KTs and introduction for new joiners. All the employees are working more hours and they need to respond even in sat and sun through IM. And most importantly for first 6 months, they called this period as probation period even for 8+ experience. In this period you cannot take leave, if you take leave for emergency, it will be considered as unpaid leave. I never hear this kind of policy anywhere.

Pathetic work culture. When joining HR promised a lot of things, but nothing they delivered. Worse projects and their rules keep changing based on their requirement and make the employees suffer. I suffered a lot during my notice period in this organisation.

Before joining HR said, I could change the project if I didn't like it, after joining for the first three months I worked on a worthless project and asked for a change of project, but they denied my request. when I was trying to leave the organisation they didn't allow it. and when I begged to reduce the notice period from 90 to 60 days, they took one month of my gross salary, not even the basic. Pathetic work culture and they treat their employees very badly when they come to know that the employee is leaving, Before joining they asked me to join before 30 days, but while leaving they said 90 days of notice period i should serve.
