Every day you come home with unsatisfied. Religious partiality and some managers don't want to grow ground level people. You can't work with your skill. You only work as per your superior instruction and after your work done your superior don't like you because your work credit goes to your superior only.

The only thing that I like about compnay that no one take care about any employee that's why you can easy devlope your skill only by R&D. There is no any kind of training which help us for skill development. Senior management itself perform r&d to learn how can they devlope juniors skills. In this terrible covid 19 situation they fired many employees.

Many things which I dislike very most such as no increments, no skill development trainings, last but very important not job security they fired many of people who worked here long like 10 year's.

In this company growth is slow. And management doing their decision only for employees. Management do not value of company employees
