The only thing that I like about compnay that no one take care about any employee that's why you can easy devlope your skill only by R&D. There is no any kind of training which help us for skill development. Senior management itself perform r&d to learn how can they devlope juniors skills. In this terrible covid 19 situation they fired many employees.

Dislikes

Many things which I dislike very most such as no increments, no skill development trainings, last but very important not job security they fired many of people who worked here long like 10 year's.

Quick decision by the leader. Food and environment around the plant. Behaviour of Sub ordinate below you. Personnel authorities given at the start of the job

1. Biased thinking of management 2. appointed many relatives into organization without any skills , knowledge or formal appointment procedure. 3. Different attitudes with different people whom like and dislike. 4. Biasness to give compensation and yearly growth. 5. Zero training for all plant employees. 6. Appraisals procedure not in place. 7. Fresher's training not conducted

Work Details

My work in Amvian is challenging to develop quality culture and system into the plant. Tried to develop system to maintain all quality aspects and try to develop team culture into the organization.Biasness from the top management is giving hurdles.
