Not good work environment and culture. Teammets are not supportive and their management is too poor and not supportive,and company policies are not good

There is a lot politics and mangement and HR is not address our issues sellery is not paid on time and there is no grawth

It is good bpo but they will give you salary as per your login hour timing and if you scheduling any leave for future then they will not going to pay you for that leave for future otherwise everything is good and also salary date is worst date you will get salary every month of 15th date.This thing is not good for this company.no esei and pf deduction you will get in hand salary.18k 19k

Over all good company. I have learnt a lot while working in the firm. People are nice , team leaders are very supportive especially Ravi Roshan Sir . I missed everything about the company and colleagues.

...dislike but atleast they should provide PF and insurance benefits for employees. Salary hike is also required.

If we talk about culture ,there is no dress code anyone wore anything its like a college not a office ,bad company to join, if we talk about Salary they are worst in this. No paid leave is there they directly deduct the salary.

...is responsible for anything there. No safety measures are taken during pandemic. Salary is not credited on time or sometimes they even skip to pay.

First of all people in HR department and management are so poor, illeterate and lazy. No one takes responsibility for anything and when it comes to payment then everyone tries to avoid you. So join this company and work there for free.
