Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The management both CEO and President of the company is very much involved in the operations, more important they are aware of of each & every employee's both performance and personal needs, as they interact with each every employee once in every month as much as possible. A very good company to work with.

Dislikes

The involvement of the management in the manager's decision. Sometimes it's good but sometimes it's bad for the RCM of the management

Good work Culture, Weekend will be Holidays, Team Lead are very Polite in Manners, Based on timings, Work Life balance

Dislikes

Due to continous work from home, there is no opportunity to Team outing for every weekend
