I like environment and director balancing with the employer. It's very good company for start career in software industry.

Dislikes

Salary is not providing continuous. Some time they will provide for one month another skip then third month. Sometimes Each months continuous.

its a good organization for learning new things.

compensation is decent,but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have work14-18hours straight in a day as8 have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into rhe Night.

No documents provided No recorded session of KT KT taken 3 months before the access. Delay in providing access. Manager is not enough to understand the situation of employees. Overall its hectic. Employee leave is not getting approved by manager even at very crucial moment one month before discussion. Politics and nothing at here.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love working in Ample softech systems. Good working culture.

Dislikes

The in current company is somehow slow. Sometimes I work 12 to 15 hrs in a day. The work pressure is high.

Unfortunately I don't find any career growth sticking to this company especially after getting enough knowledge required for becoming an independent Software Developer at the present and don't know whether company have any agenda to be competent with other leading IT Companies.
