I've worked for great organization's before and this may influence my experience with ample, but these have now started to Micromanage everything, not to mention bad hiring standards,but they seriously need to start taking feedback from lower grade employees and not via their immediate supervisors, that's plain stupid

Limited Growth Opportunities & Limited Appraisals No or average appreciation for achieving goals/milestones Work Ethics is very poor in top management levels HR/Admin is not commendable in terms of employee well-being

Ample as a organization is not without it's faults but it's truly marvelous that they genuinely listen and work on feedbacks given by it's employees, The growth opportunities alone are many, they have a 5 day work policy for their corporate and 2 half days a week for their Retail counterparts , it's unheard of in retail.

Dislikes

For all the work I do? I need to be paid more, understand that as someone who's worked for an organisation for sometime now I have the knowledge and experience to work flawlessly and my values are in line with company values too, now if you say lets give you a 10% hike for all your hardwork and I see you hiring someone for my position with a 20 to 25% hike it's gonna create a bad precedent and not sit well with employees, paying your existing employees more will reduce the chances of them leaving which in itself saves money for you
