Noticed nothing good in Company

Dislikes

Bad Management, Bad Co-Working Culture and Worst Team Leaders. Management will follow blindly what ever Team Leader says and doesn't verify it's Genuine or Fake review. Don't Know why them keep employees in PIP. Because of this bad and worst management skills so many people faced issues in Company interviews why you have been worked for short time less than 3- 6 months.

It is worst place to work ,and they are not thinking about the employee and even HR is also doing buttering of CEO to safe his job.

Dislikes

Everything,no learning option,no work life balance,no job security. You should reach office before 11:00 AM otherwise they automatically apply half leave and so many very ghatiya rules are there.
