...always more efficient and his employees are so inefficient(but it's vice versa). No increment, even the company didn't pay salary for many of their ex-employees for their last 3 months in the company, they also paid only 75 % for salary for their employees for more than 15 months and didn't pay them their pending 25% salary till now. They treat their employees like machine which work, they will pay less and also want you to work for more than 16 hours per day. Even they want you to work in Sunday(Saturday is officially already a working day). Work time is 9 to 7, they want their employees to start working at 9 AM sharp and want to work till 10 PM night, sometimes it will go till next morning 2AM or 4AM, But the boss won't care and want to start the next day by 9AM sharp. Their CEO Pradeep want everything to completed whenever he asks for it(even it's 2AM / When you are in a movie / in a function / sundays / etc). It was so terrible.

Gaining Knowledge because they expect more from us so in order to fulfill we can learn more ...

1. Salary is not given properly 2. No Saturday leave also no carry forward paid leave 3. Not given the proper appraisal 4. Owner and employee relationship is like king and slave

We can Learn new things/technologies but mostly depends on the manager and their needs.

...ths 6. If you join as an intern they require you work even without any stipend. After the internship period, they attempt to extend internship period/ contract period (for less salary)

It is a good place to start your career. I learnt everything in Amphisoft. Amphisoft is a place where you will be considered as a important person, high responsible, always noticable by management, give value to your thoughts. It may be hard to have a balance between work and personal life. If you struggle here, you will comparatively feel comfortable in other corporates. You will get to work with many knowledgeable person beside your cabin. For knowledge gaining it is a good company

Dislikes

When comes to salary, package, and other complements like variable pay, incentives, hike, you will always get disappointed. This condition is due to the effect of covid on Amphisoft. There will be always a last minute requirement, when you are gettting ready to home. No fixed work timing. Always work will be like, consuming your 90% of active hours in a day.

Likes

Learning environment is very good. You can be an entrepreneur. Work culture will be different. Building product is an main objective here

Dislikes

You won't get Salary on time. Many deduction. No process. Hr will change the policy as frequent as possible
