... Management and teammates are highly supportive. Company policies are excellent. And initial salary offered is high but hike is low. Good company for life settling. Overally No work pressure and smooth work flow and good management and timings.

Dislikes

No training for new joiners. Low hike. Even though they highly depend on contract base workers they not hiring contract base wokers as a permanent employment. And finally as usual Politics✌️😃.

...nd iti holders . Not for diploma and other educations. Very much disappointment. They are not even giving any bonus in festival season.. they want only production.. they don't even care about trainee.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 yr before which you cannot resign .
