Rather encouraging with promotions or salary hikes they give threat for termination. All the time they say we will terminate you. Even on of the trainer has said that I love terminating people, "I LOVE TO FIRE PEOPLE". pathetic work culture. The cab service which they provide, if cab driver misbehaves with you it is your fault and not the cab driver's fault. The HR head takes cab drivers side.

Only Salary is fine apart from salary nothing fine.

No work culture, no job security. Partiality with non Bengalis. No respect of non Bengali employees. All updates delivered in bangali language. No preference to English language.

Only the salary part and the leaves. They never ask why you want to take leave.. Leaves is your whenever you want take it as per your requirement.

Job security 0%..They always tell if you not meet the target even 1 weeks they will issue PIP and termination.. Termination is very easy here.

1. Lots of kids - 15 year olds in 30 year olds bodies. Have the worst behaviour like they are in a public school. Fed up of these kid men. 2. Company Culture - Non Existent. 3. Job Security - No Job security for point (1) if you are here only to pass time running around making friends to increase you Instagram followers. Security for those that actually come to work or the very least pretend to work. 4. Work Life Balance - Depends on the project and how much of a saint your manager is. 5. Feels like home - People have their sisters, brothers, aunt, uncle, nanny, son working in the same project or the same company. 6. Throne of Immortals - Accessible if you are good friends with the HR manager as she will fight for your protection, give you all the attention, all the benefits, all the love and hear all your problems. Even God would think twice before touching you if you belong to this group and you will be safe even if you are worst of the worst. 7. Company needs to hire people with a good and professional behaviour. 8. Interview - Not sure who takes their interview because I have never seen anyone great pass them. 9. People - Great Minds very rare. Great People some of them. 10. Overall - Good company only because there are a few hardworking, fair and nice managers and people working and carrying the company and the projects while an army is doing their best to ruin the reputation of the company. I am sure it will improve with time.

The only Good thing here is the Pay and the Indian Holidays

The management is very poor and do not know how to manage a Project well, they micromanage when they are unable to deliver the desired target and make compulsion to do extra 2 hours on daily basis along with the Extended weekend working, Pathetic Work Culture seems as if the company is a Client Centric instead of Employees centric.
