Only cab facility is nice and salary will credit on time.

No job security only termination letter is ready for you if u will do any mistakes.🤣🤣 Even u will no complete your Target. If u want to mail resignation then they don't accept it. Mostly Senior HR is only who do this.

This company keeps people in RFA and credits salary every month. It feels great. xD. Cab facility is good. Work environment is good also.

Uncertainty in promotions, sudden project change as per clients' need.

Work Life Balance is the only thing I can think of and Cab facility. Good Managers depends on luck.

...n their own world and favouring their best friends. 3. No culture and values. 4. Salary is ok 5. No work from home even if the person next you got covid. 6. People lack motivation and common sense 7. No one wants to work but cries about why there is no increase in salary, simple answer - you don't even deserve what you are getting. 8. The cleaner interferes a lot in people's personal lives and passes lots of comments 9. High turnover of employees. 10. Your life depends on your client. There are some clients who don't even let you take a breathing break and some who will have you work nothing for a whole year. 11. Promotions and appraisals are there but haven't seen them happen yet because the company is fairly new in India.

No job security. They have fired 15 people in the month of jan 2023. Huge level of partiality in terms of pay of male and female. A male HR takes favour from female and provider with good ctc. Partiality by management for choosing TL and QC. The people who fo flattering gets chance to move ahead. Increment based not on work but on the level of flattering any one does. Director of the company is a man with just 5 years experience solely on the basis of one certificate. HR involvement in day to day work is huge. Extremely political environment People get panic attacks due to such environment. No relief in case of even covid symptoms.
