Employees of the company are good.

Dislikes

Work environment is not good. They want you to work till 11 but dont talk about compensation and benefits. No facilities only 2 cup tea. At the very 2nd day after joining they put all pressure on you. If you are handling dispatch or installation or packaging then god helps you. Too many meetings.. they'll say to you.. only you can hansle this thats why we selected you.. you should work hard.. dont think about money and time if you want to become ceo in future.. blah blah..

There Was To Much Officer Politics at Amitoje India Pvt Ltd, with Management Heavily Involved. Job Security Was Non-existent. If they Didn't Like Some One they Pressure Them To Resign. During My Tenure and Even After Leaving I Witnessed and Have Proof of Many Such Cases. Guys I would Suggest you don't go in this Company. there is No Educated & Professional Hr and No Such Policy.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
