Dislikes

The management especially ops manager and asst manager. They won't consider the problems we face for example:- if your not familiar with voice process you got a experience in non voice process, if we ask to change the channel they will not change due to this quality parameters, performance will get impact later they ask why performance low if say our fact they will not consider and directly move to PIP. Special name called Satish he is a sadist

I really like learning opportunities here. I do have to learn a lot of new things in a very short time span. Each and every team member are very supportive, they don't let you feel work as a burden even in this lockdown period. And also our CEO always priorities employees ' safety first.
