Dislikes

Pathetic politics environment. After being a good performer, they lay off people without any reason. Management is baised with old employee. Only old employees get to grow in the company. Will not recommend anyone to join this organization. I had my worst experience with this organization.

Work life balance is very disappointing Internal Politics & too much job insecurity, you can't predict when you will be fired. everybody just want to show off in front of management. No fun while working here, no spark, no motivation, no appreciation.

Nothing! No support for employees works in the field for them.

Dislikes

1. Fake promises related to WFH, Salary, Incentives, 6 months appraisal cycle, support from management. 2. Bond of 2 years! No training provided to you, directly deploy you on the field where clients are frustrated, from a non-technical background who don't understand what you are explaining. 3. Client managers directly say that they will replace you for unnecessary reasons and no action was taken by Ameyo! 4. Seniors are arrogant, and angry all the time. When you seeking help be prepared to listen first, At the same time client is also shouting at you... Because as I said they don't understand why the issue is happening. 5. No work and life balance. Don't get time to live your personal life. Taking leave is a crime here, seniors convince you to reduce your leave period even when you are taking 2 days' leave. 6. On holiday, your seniors take leave, but you won't get it because they can't give leave to 2 people at the same time. After all, your team has 2 members.
