Eg.- fire safety, on job trainings. •Building condition is very poor, No ventilation, No cooling system. •No fire system installed in factory Even the fire extinguishers are not available in required quantity. •Work culture is very poor. •There are many persons working in the factory at higher level are don't know using of flush after using the washroom. •No guidelines or work instructions provided. •Etc....

Likes

Job security- Zero Work culture- Hectic and third class. Management- irresponsible, believe in self security, expert in blame game, keep a bottle full of oil with you everytime and use. Policies- No any Policies just come in auto with your lunch, do a work that you're not know how to do.
