Too much work 😴 😪 pressure, cut salary if you made mistakes ,even they may fired you, 😳 😐 they will ask you to write ✍️ resign every time even on small mistakes ,strict timing

People using you for their advantage, no call letter shared till date, no salary slip is given to employees, getting experience certificate after resigning here is an difficult task. HR and management sucks, salary is too low for freshers... Working hours are 9-5:30 as per law but they make you stay till 6:30 .

Working culture and friendly nature of senior is most like thing that I have experienced here.

Cafeteria is not available in company as per my point of view and indoor cafeteria is a time save process .

The good environment in the company, the Senior staff have good knowledge and are very helpful in nature, Great learning opportunities are there, the Company culture also great also job security is too good, Appraisals are given on time

No company culture, only work , does not care about employee wellbeing, delayed increments without any arrears, owner's father very rude and Interfering in work, toxic environment , politics, colleagues (girl and boy) can't talk to each other freely without interference from superiors which to some extent is understandable at work place but outside also they interfere.
