It was good experience working with teammembers and have seen lot of growth opportunities in my work profile. I was pleased with the space in my work and had sufficient freedom in my daily conduct. Although my work life balance wasn't going well but I really liked my work and feels great to be part of Ameriprise Financial.My training and sessions were quiet engaging which helped and motivated me a lot to perform in less bright days.

Dislikes

There is intense competition which has both pros n cons. Skip meetings were less. My compensation wasn't that great, it was however decent. I wish there was more options of working from home at times.

Likes

Great organization to work with. I started as a Graduate Intern and still working for more than three years now. Culture is amazing, everyone is ready to help. Annual hike is pretty good with industry standards.

Dislikes

The compensation is very complex especially the annual bonus is too difficult to understand and make the CTC appear huge to what it really is.

Very low pay scale. They can hire the new resource on double package but won't give even decent salary to the old resource, Marking Attendance daily otherwise it will result in deduction from salary on the daily basis, 8 hr's mandatory when you are in office. One party in a year

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
