Unprofessional organization. Doesnt provide appointment letter. Management is one man army. No work life balance in fact they dont expect people having family lives. Every decision of management depends on the mood of the employer. I suggest people never join this organization.

Job rotation is provided so that one can get knowledge about various fields of operation which proves to be helpful as you move up in the organizational hierarchy. Job is secure for all over here. American Precoat is a good company from the point of job security, free hand to work, management support, learning & growth opportunities etc. Company was very supportive during the covid-19 lock down. Inspite of lockdown, very good appraisals were done for the employees.
