Salary on time and on 25th of every month, good incentives structure

Dislikes

No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

Work from Home as of now, Salary above average.

Dislikes

Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

It's just a brand nothing else. They offer you good salary and designation so that you join, but they will ask you to leave the organization whenever they feel like with no reason. This month itself they asked there 35 employees to leave the organization as they realized that their head counts don't require this much employees.

Brand name. It feels fantastic to work for a brand whose been into people's life even before you were born. Kuddos to that. Amex has managed thick and thin well that you won't worry like your job would be gone if they quote losses. They have amazing leaders on top who will find ways to fight back and make sure no one looses job coz of that.

Dislikes

Training structure is redundant. Appraisial depends upon how well you are connected with your manager coz rating n bonus is in their hands. Poor work life balance as they don't believe you have personal space too.

Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Dislikes

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.
