just the pay as the pay is terrible in BPO so AMEX is paying okay in terrible

everything, training is for namesake only. they would put you on calls for full shifts just out of training. Trainers are lazy, coaches are cheap, managers are bully. They tricked me saying I can come back after 3 months as I requested an extension for WFH but when I reappeared for getting hired I was informed I am not eligible. And I found myself jobless due to the trickery of AMEX management.

Terrible Rating and appraisal system. Also their designations are so limited that most people keep waiting for a promotion for years. (Unless of course you've buttered up your reporting manager)

Dislikes

Working culture is not that good people always doing butter to their superior to get promotion. Career growth is very slow people are waiting for opportunities from 4-5 years.

Great Work Culture and placed to work. Teammates are very supportive and helpful. Company goes above and beyond to ensure that the employees love working in Amex

Can work a little on growth and salary increments.
