No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

I love the job security and the work-life balance aspects the most, especially paired with the fair compensation and work culture, because it allows me to work in a healthy environment, enjoy my personal life well, and not worry if i will lose my job anytime. AmEx has been an amazing employer and I would be happy to work here for very long

their is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salry is decent but career growth is slow bonus and hikes are not much satisfied only who will chanting managers them only get much benefited.

...he best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. Company policies are employee centric, it's made in the interest of all colleagues. In my opinion, this company is the best place to work.

Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.
