Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.

Salary on time and on 25th of every month, good incentives structure

Dislikes

No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

Great people. Good work life balance, job security. Decent yearly Appraisal and Bonus. If you are in right team, you can stay for years without any problem. Free cabs as well.

Career growth learning wise can be slow as they are slow in process making. Promotions can be slow.

... ethics are the pillar which makes American Express a great company to work for. Market competent salary and benefits keep the employees motivated to work everyday here. And the job security is the parameter where an employee feel safe about the future.

Terrible Rating and appraisal system. Also their designations are so limited that most people keep waiting for a promotion for years. (Unless of course you've buttered up your reporting manager)
