Great people. Good work life balance, job security. Decent yearly Appraisal and Bonus. If you are in right team, you can stay for years without any problem. Free cabs as well.

Career growth learning wise can be slow as they are slow in process making. Promotions can be slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ellent here. Amex is a fabulous organisation to work with from every standpoint. People, leaders, benefits, compensation, work culture, growth and employee satisfaction all are there and I have never felt leaving this wonderful employer. Such an amazing workplace!!

Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.
