American express as a brand is very good and bou doubt about that. It gives you salary, free cabs and also meals nowadays.

It totally depends on the process you moved to. I was working in Accertify, no work life balance, no job security, no fixed shift and week offs keep changing everything month. You will feel like you are in call centre.

High level are disgusting and selfish, No work life balance, leave is good but managers will allow leaves as they are doing you a favour. Amex is really good company but don't go to fraud team.

their is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salry is decent but career growth is slow bonus and hikes are not much satisfied only who will chanting managers them only get much benefited.
