...the company and do not obey blindly instructions no matter your upper hierarchy. Do not expect salary hikes much once you are in, so negotiate on initial hiring. Best of luck

I cannot agree that there is anything nice about the company.. except the compensation benefit you would receive if working on a permanent position.

There is no security of job specially for contract employees, my manager was against me from the first day and made sure that I couldn't carry for longer period with them. Rest I completely found the entire hr team very unprofessional and without any human touch

Best in travel management companies, great culture and diversity, work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so great, no sign of salary raise. Annual review is just part of company policies, no raise even during promotion. Designation doesn't matters, travel Counselor or senior or lead everyone has same duties, growing opportunities are less.

No matter how good u work, you will not rise unless u are good fawner to your immediate boss. The whole upper hierarchy is working for one or two people to stay in job and not for business. Nothing to learn. It's a bpo and not a travel agency. If you want to learn work with small companies and if you can compromise and does not want to grow, join it....

...d lots of things for learning and skills development. Company policies are good. Good compensation, good & healthy environment Culture.

Only one dislike that few of the leaders are play politics.
