...more than 2 years. You will enjoy this organisation if you are liking your work. Very good Compensation, Job security, 35 rupee coupons which are equivalent to 110 rupees in the vicinity, annual bonus(25K-35K approx), subsidised cab facility,breakfast, snacks, trainings. The management is excellent , I have never met such managers. You may or may not get a very good work but nobody will stop you doing your automations or whatever you want to do.

To be honest I am just writing this because many people feel most of the good comments are from Organization itself. Just let the new joinees know the exact designation (example Beginner, Experienced, Advance) at which he/she is joining because its bit confusing when you see the designation for 1 year experienced guy and an 6 year experienced is same(which is not the case).

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.
