The work culture is really nice, days are chill and people are collaborative, a lot of people you will find who have been in the same company 15+ years, can stick with it long term if it's the right fit for you

The pay structure is very random at times, especially in my unit the yearly hikes are quite poor (Delivery Infra Devops)

...t want to loose their customers and gets big contacts renewed every single time. They fet h out work of two persons from you and pay you for just a half of a person.

Good Company, no work life balance, no new learning. if you are getting at least 60% hike on current package don't join the company.

There is lot of room for improvement in Management and appraisal could be more transparent.
