I can't comment on other roles but for performance testing amdocs is not up to the mark and their working Pattern is quite different having less chances for work life balance amd learning.

Likes

Good in terms of career growth and salary raise. Work life balance is good till you work under a lead. Once a team lead, work life balance is little shaken.

Dislikes

Nothing much to say in dislikes. Only that it has location constraints. Only two offices in India.

Dislikes

Nothing in specific. Sometimes you have to extend the working hours considering deadlines and priorities. But again that depends on employee to take it as a negative point or not, because at every place you go you will find this just in different ratios.

Likes

Very bad work.life balance. Managers will make you work on weekends without any comp offs and without any extra pay, you will be asked to word on national holidays without any pay. Job security is there but no work life balance.

It's used to be good company🙂, slowly attrition rate has made and poor quality of management and improper compensation had it poor.

Dislikes

Work life balance, small teams, not HR oriented company, low quality onshore team and limited resources.
