Not currently updated work task or technologies used, as compared to the current trends of market. Need to adopt advance technologies and give chance to the current employees. Also training/paid certification is not available.

The work culture is really nice, days are chill and people are collaborative, a lot of people you will find who have been in the same company 15+ years, can stick with it long term if it's the right fit for you

The pay structure is very random at times, especially in my unit the yearly hikes are quite poor (Delivery Infra Devops)

...ryone, many didn't got appraisal in 2023 and in 2024 they cancelled it for all. they do everything possible to not give salary raise.

Likes

Good Company, no work life balance, no new learning. if you are getting at least 60% hike on current package don't join the company.

Dislikes

There is lot of room for improvement in Management and appraisal could be more transparent.
