...ryone, many didn't got appraisal in 2023 and in 2024 they cancelled it for all. they do everything possible to not give salary raise.

A lot of mismanagement is there . 2- They Don't give much Salary Hikes / Appraisals to loyal experienced people , but will hire freshers with more salary then even 3-4 years of experience of employees . 3- Some projects have on-call system in which they have to work even on weekends , i.e Saturday and Sunday , but are not paid for this extra work .
