First all the upper management is very good ! They are inquisitive about your work/life and pay real attention to your concerns . Perks are the best ! And internal team connect and bonding is pretty good . Overall you will never leave Amdocs dissatisfied . The same reason why Amdocs has highest rate of rehire where people you leave the organisation join back at certain point of their career .

Before 2017, it was nice work culture. HR & Managers were cooperative, Job Security, Pay scale, Perks...now nothing is good left here. Hence attrition rate is also high.
