I can't comment on other roles but for performance testing amdocs is not up to the mark and their working Pattern is quite different having less chances for work life balance amd learning.

Likes

Good in terms of career growth and salary raise. Work life balance is good till you work under a lead. Once a team lead, work life balance is little shaken.

Dislikes

Nothing much to say in dislikes. Only that it has location constraints. Only two offices in India.

The company is good to work for, has a great culture in terms of employe centricity and work life balance The people here are helpful and not very toxicity atleast in my team The company tries not to lay off anyone too easily.
